Refund Policy

At Too Lucky Merch, all sales are considered final unless a verified issue outlined below applies. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.


No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the following cases: we shipped the incorrect item, the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect, or the item arrived damaged during shipping. If none of these apply, all sales are final.


Issue Reporting Window

Any return or refund request must be submitted within 5 days of the carrier-marked delivery date. Requests submitted outside of this window are not eligible for review, replacement, store credit, or refund.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. If the claim is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. The item must be shipped back within 5 business days and must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, replacement, store credit, or refund.

If these conditions are not met, the claim may be denied. If denied, the customer is responsible for return shipping to have the item sent back. Items left unclaimed for 14 days will be considered forfeited.


Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Damage

All items are inspected prior to shipping.

If an item arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, the damage or defect, the original packaging, and the shipping label.

If approved, a prepaid return label will be issued. The item must be returned before a replacement is sent. If the item is not returned within 5 business days of receiving the return label, the claim may be closed.

Approved claims will receive a replacement if available. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued. Refunds are issued only in rare cases and at our sole discretion.


Orders Marked as Delivered

Once an order is scanned and marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Too Lucky Merch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.

If you are unable to locate your package, please check with the carrier, neighbors or household members, or building management. Customers may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


Made-to-Order Items

Items labeled as Made-to-Order are produced specifically for each customer and are final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect, incorrect item shipped, or shipping damage.

Once production has begun, cancellations or modifications are not permitted.


Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production or fulfillment has begun. For preorders, made-to-order items, or personalized items, cancellations are not allowed after the order is submitted.


Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange: made-to-order items, personalized or custom items, final sale items clearly marked on the product page, items reported outside the 5-day claim window, and packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
