Order Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping time and does not represent a guaranteed delivery date.
If you are on a tight deadline, we recommend upgrading your shipping option or emailing us prior to ordering regarding urgency. As we continue to scale and expand our fulfillment operations, processing times may improve.
Once an order enters production or has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items require additional production time. Please allow 4–12 weeks, excluding holidays, for processing after payment.
Pre-order timelines are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics delays.
Pre-orders are final sale once production has begun and are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund.
Shipping Information
The shipping method selected at checkout does not include processing time. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the order has left our facility, not from the date the order was placed.
Estimated delivery timeframe:
Processing Time (5–10 business days) + Shipping Time (selected at checkout) = Estimated delivery date
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Too Lucky Merch is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors.
International Shipping Availability
Too Lucky Merch currently ships internationally only to the following regions:

Canada

Australia
-
Europe
Customers outside of these regions are unable to place an order at checkout.
Orders placed using freight forwarding services or incorrect international addresses may be canceled at our discretion.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International delivery times are not guaranteed due to customs processing beyond our control.
If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs, duties, or delivery refusal, the order will be refunded minus original shipping costs and applicable handling fees.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
Too Lucky Merch is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivered Packages
Too Lucky Merch does not replace or refund orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
If you are unable to locate your package, please check with:

Neighbors or household members

Building management or leasing office
Once an order is marked as delivered, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Too Lucky Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Customers may choose to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Items
All items are inspected before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the original packaging

The shipping label clearly visible
Approved damage claims will receive a replacement if available. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Items not reported within the stated timeframe or without required documentation are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for all reshipping and processing fees.
Returned orders require payment of:

$15 handling and processing fee

New shipping cost to the corrected address
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To request reshipment, please email contact@tooluckymerch.com. Reshipping fees must be paid before the order is sent again.
Issue Reporting Window
Any shipping-related issues excluding carrier delays must be reported within 7 days of the carrier-marked delivery date.
Requests submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for review.
Agreement to Policy
By placing an order with Too Lucky Merch, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy and all associated terms.
This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review it before placing an order.
